New Podcast Series to Shine a light on Individuals Known as
‘The Difference Makers’

Chicago, Ill., November 25, 2019 — A new podcast series bringing attention to individuals who are catalysts to innovation has been launched by digital lead agency closerlook. “The Difference Makers” features individuals who, through their ideas and leadership, have done extraordinary things to change the world.

Hosted by closerlook CEO David Ormesher, “The Difference Makers” is produced in collaboration with the Center for Healthcare Innovation (CHI), a nonprofit organization bringing equity to health care through research and education.

“There are many individuals striving to make a difference in the world we live in,” said Ormesher. “Their inspiration leads others to new possibilities and experiences. Their ideas motivate many to innovate. We created ‘The Difference Makers’ to focus on those individuals who are seeking to change our perspectives, and, in doing so, change the world.”

Each episode’s runtime is between 20-40 minutes and will cover one of five areas where the difference maker is affecting innovative change. These areas of focus include leadership, innovation, strategy, humanity, and the environment. CHI will serve as a key partner, identifying potential guests, which could range from founders of nonprofit organizations to CEOs of leading-edge companies. The podcast will also tackle inspiring and unique stories, such as a well-known opera singer who lends her brain to science.  

“Innovation begins with an idea, carefully nurtured by diverse individuals or teams, and executed with discipline and passion,” noted Ormesher.  “Our hope with ‘The Difference Makers’ is to create a venue that will inspire others to change the world we live in for the better, regardless of who or where they are.”
