CRM Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional CRM Specialist to help us bring the best thinking in the pharmaceutical industry together with the best thinking in marketing to help our clients stand apart from their competitors.

The CRM Specialist is responsible for working with our creative, technical and account teams to apply research, target insights and market analysis in support of closerlook's broad capabilities in creative and technical development, CRM programs and integrated marketing programs.

The candidate should be highly versed (with a minimum of 5 years) in direct and customer relationship management strategies and integrated marketing, particularly across digital and interactive channels.

Previous experience within a healthcare-focused marketing firm is a plus.

Superior written and communication skills and are a must.

DUTIES

  • Develop, execute and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing activities including e-marketing programs and strategies, campaign management and analytics.
  • Develop, document and implement automated marketing processes with an emphasis on maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of campaign operations.
  • Apply database marketing skills toward delivering targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign results and historic data to provide assessment of campaign effectiveness and utilize insight gained to influence future campaign strategies.
