Director Of Strategy/CRM
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Strategy/CRM to help us bring the best thinking in the pharmaceutical industry together with the best thinking in marketing to help our clients stand apart from their competitors.
The Director of Strategy/CRM is responsible for working with our creative, technical and account teams to apply research, target insights and market analysis in support of closerlook’s broad capabilities in creative and technical development, CRM programs, and integrated marketing programs.
The candidate should be highly versed (with a minimum of 5 years) in direct and customer relationship management strategies and integrated marketing particularly across digital and interactive channels, and have previous experience with team development and personnel management.
Previous experience within a healthcare-focused marketing firm is desired.
Superior written and verbal communication skills and leadership aptitude are a must.
DUTIES
- Work with account teams to recommend and produce a mix of communications strategies and tactics as part of a comprehensive CRM effort or integrated marketing campaign.
- Work closely with creative and technical teams to insure that creative executions follow strategic direction.
- Review analysis of campaign metrics to identify and derive key insights regarding trends, and recommend strategies to maximize results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party strategic partnerships such as list providers, fulfillment, media and analytics.
- Develop and manage a team of user experience, digital and planning strategists.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8–10 years of relevant work experience
- Master's degree (MS-IMC or MBA)
- Healthcare-agency experience
- CRM experience
- Excellent writing and facilitation skills
