Project Manager

The Project Manager will use his or her experience and expertise in project and client management to enhance our Client Services team. Reporting to the Manager of Delivery, the Project Manager will be empowered to provide account-team leadership and execute cross-channel project management.

DUTIES

• Manage existing projects within the client company to ensure client needs are met or exceeded.
• Partner with the client and project team to deliver successful and measurable results and solutions.
• Effectively lead a cross-functional account team to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the greatest attainable client and team satisfaction.
• Work with Account Managers to help them develop and sustain client and key decision-maker relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Four+ years of agency project-management experience.
• Has managed online and interactive projects. Experience in managing print, video or fully integrated marketing projects is a plus.
• Strong client and team relationship building skills.
• Ability to oversee existing projects to ensure client needs are met.
• Ability to direct and guide cross-functional teams in support of key accounts.
• Experience with budget management in the project range of $200,000–$800,000.
