But you’re just going to miss seeing the really good stuff.
Seeing as this is my entrance to the closerlook blog world, I found it fitting to start off with a nod to another blog, 3191 – A year of mornings. Stephanie and Mav are friends who live 3191 miles apart and as they say, like to get up early. They use this space to each post a photo Monday through Friday without discussing it beforehand, and then open it up to the web world to view. It’s interesting to see how well, and often times, how beautiful the duos are next to each other. Whether it’s because of commonalities only shared between such close friends or that of the viewer to make strong visual connections, it’s often hard to believe that the photos are randomly paired up.

As I’m consistently getting geographically farther and farther away from those who I’m close to, it’s inspiring to see a bond that can stay connected through art assisted by technology instead of just technology on its own.
