Not so serious meat

In response to Jeff Cenna’s BBQ post, I thought I’d chip in my favorite place to get pretend BBQ. The Handlebar on North Ave. in Chicago offers a BBQ Seitan sandwich like no other.

Really I don’t know of any other so they’ve got it pretty easy.

For your sides you can choose from items like Vegetarian Greens and Smoked Gouda Mac n’ Cheese. They also offer a pretty unique selection of beer .
