One of the most effective sales tools for a pharmaceutical company is the “peer-to-peer” seminar, where a noted thought leader speaks to an audience of physicians. closerlook has developed an innovative approach to this traditional tool with ePeer-to-Peer.

ePeer-to-Peer places an interactive framework around the traditional peer-to-peer event to provide a platform for pre- and post-event communications. The Web is used to invite doctors to a meeting. Invited physicians have the opportunity to e-mail questions to the thought leader in advance of the event. The thought leader can use these questions to develop a program tailored to the specific needs and interests of this particular audience. Enabling the audience to have a voice gives the physicians more of an incentive to “buy-in” and participate in the event.

After the event, the ePeer-to-Peer program is used to solicit feedback from attendees. We can also use the platform to send out additional information as needed.
