Dear Clients and Community,
Another day begins with questions and uncertainty. We are all navigating uncharted territory with the rapid spread of COVID-19. Many people across the country are working remotely now, learning how to communicate and collaborate in new ways. Ironically, we are all being forced to experience social distancing at the very time we need each other.
We have taken the pandemic very seriously at closerlook. We believe our priorities should be focused in two areas:
• Caring for the health and safety of our employees and their families, and
• Supporting the pressing needs of our clients.
To reduce the vulnerability of our staff and their families, we closed the closerlook office last Thursday night and have been working together, remotely, ever since. Our digital infrastructure has enabled us to maintain open communication, business continuity, and support for each other, while doing our part to “flatten the curve” of the outbreak.
For our clients, I want you to know that we are here for you. Your treatments are critical to the health and wellbeing of millions of patients. We are here to support your efforts to ensure physicians and patients get access to the treatments and information they need.
While we are working to ensure that your critical marketing projects don’t miss a beat, we are also committed to remaining agile and responsive to your immediate needs. I am proud of the creativity and passion of my colleagues here at closerlook as they as they provide you with strategic counsel, offer thoughtful approaches to supporting your healthcare professionals and patients, and ensure your timely messages reach customers quickly.
