Employees talk to PM360 about what makes closerlook…closerlook.

Recently PM360 asked industry employees to talk about their workplace, including what attracts them to a company or what turns them off, what makes a good boss and a fruitful environment.  It turns out the answer is fairly simple. It’s about the people.

“Timing was key here,” Scott Swineford, an Interactive Animator at closerlook, commented. “The PM360 request came at a time when the employees at closerlook had been asked to create a video on their thoughts and feelings about working here. So it had been a hot topic among us already.

“What I recognize as one of closerlook's principles - the more you give, the more you get – is demonstrated every day here,” said Scott. “From the benefits package and playtime to the tools and training offered, closerlook speaks clearly to its employees, "Who you are and what you do are important and valued."  And they push their employees to grow in more ways than just their craft or occupation. I appreciate these types of challenges. I take them home with me. closerlook has found the way to get the most out of their employees by recognizing happy workers who feel valued and invested in are more productive and proficient.”

And while he admits that this is great feedback, Jon Sawyer, closerlook’s President and COO, is not too surprised by it. “It’s no accident that our culture and the environment we strive for bring out the best in our employees. It’s designed that way, and is one of our highest priorities.”

“It’s no secret that closerlook boasts some of the best and the brightest,” laughs Bob Krause, Account Director. “Our employee directory reads like that part in your yearbook that starts out “Students most Likely.”

“The world of pharma is changing, and so must pharma marketing," Sawyer said. “To offer powerful solutions to our clients, you have to have the best. We do.”
